Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 24oz Cranberries (2 bags)
- 1.5 cups white sugar
- 1 cup fresh citrus juice (orange, lemon, or grapefruit)
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Rinse berries, discard any bad
- Combine ingredients and simmer ~15minutes until berries are all broken down – stir occasionally
- Remove cinnamon sticks and ready
- Great to make the day or two before
