Thai-Basil Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs (chopped)
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce, or as needed
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- ¼ cup sliced shallots
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Thai, Serrano, or hot pepper (diced)
- 1 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Directions
- Whisk broth, oyster, soy, fish sauces in a small bowl
- In skillet, stir fry chicken w/ oil (~3min)
- Stir in shallots, garlic, chiles (~3min)
- Add 1 Tbsp of sauce (~1min)
- Pour in sauce and deglaze (~2min)
