Oven Baked Chicken w/ Aspargus
Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ stick butter, diced
- Handful of asparagus, rinsed and trimmed
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 lemon, sliced to garnish
Seasoning mix
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano (or thyme, or other herbs of choice)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt (or chicken bouillon)
- ½ tsp fresh cracked pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Rinse and pat dry chicken
- Line cookie sheet with foil, light oil
- Coat chicken with seasoning

Place on cookie sheet with diced butter

Bake for 15 minutes and then add aspargus
- Lightly coat aspargus with lemon juice + salt
- Bake for another 15 minutes
