Sourdough Bread
Ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup starter
Directions
- Mix and let set for 12+ hours
- Turn the bread out and fold
- Let rest 45min, preheat oven to 475°F
- Put dough on dutch oven, bake cover 25 min
- Uncover and bake another 15 min
