Royal Icing

Ingredients

• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1 Tbsp corn syrup
• 2 Tbsp warm water
• ½ tsp extract flavor

Directions

Mix ingredients together until smooth, add a little more water for thinner icing. It doesn’t look like a lot of icing but usually covers all cookies with a little left over.

For different colors, separate into different bowls and add food coloring.

Flavors: Peppermint, Lemon, Almond, Vanilla, Anise
