Peppermint Hot Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter (8 tbsp, room temperature)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup peppermint hot chocolate mix
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup peppermint bark (broken into chips)
Directions
- Cream butter and sugars
- Mix in egg and vanilla
- Add dry ingredients until just mixed
- Fold into chips
- Chill in freezer for ~20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 convection, bake ~10 min
